Arvid grew up with his twin brother Amund, in the land of Sutica. Their parents were traders, wealthy but not rich. Born as the youngest twin, he has always been the one looking up to his brother. When he was a baby he got ill, so ill that his parents thought he would not make it. Luckily he did and it was like that second chance drove him to be adventurous at heart. However his sickness had done something to him, making him look a little more fragile and not as strongly built as his brother. This however didnt stop him as he was always climbing trees and doing everything else than what he was supposed to do and that made him quite a rascal to his household. His bond to his brother was quite strong as the two of them were almost inseparable. Arvid never had the same sense of responsibility as his older twin, but he knew he always had someone to look up to in that regard, even if his brother wasnt as courageous as to climb to high places like Arvid, or maybe he was just smarter.
Somewhere in their teens (16), Arvid and his brother stumbled into a group of other kids. These kids found it weird that the brothers looked so alike, so they taunted the brothers. Arvid got angry at the words they spew and wanted to fight for his and his brother's honour. His brother Amund however held him back, seeing that the guy that Arvid was trying to fight was bigger than him. The stronger bully swung a hit and Arvid's brother countered it, sending the bully on his rump. All of the boys laughed and the bully left with an feeling of utter embarrassment and anger towards the brothers. What was supposed to be a small aim at taking revenge ended up in a huge fire that burned down the store that the twins' parents owned. Arvid's shoulder got burned along with his upper arm. Unfortunately their parents didnt make it out and the boys were left orphaned. Being young adults however meant that no one took them under their wings and they were left to their own devices. A few friends of the family however housed the boys for short periods of time, their charitable Sutican ways always making sure that the boys werent going to succumb to their losses.
When Arvid got older (20), his adventurous tendency got the best of him. He wanted to see more of the world and not feel so stuck in the mud. See what it had to offer and if there was more than just whatever there was between the walls of Sutica. He packed his backpack and went off with his brother with the remainder of their parents fortune, which was getting scarce.

The young man looks to the gentleman with a fleeting look of suspense before shifting his weight from one foot to another. If his clothes didnt give it away already, he almost considered not answering.
"Adventure of course." Arvid answered with a slight smirk, correcting the satchel on his shoulder. His eyes diverted away from the man and onto the market. "Now if you'll excuse me, I am looking for someone." he then said before moving on without . His brother, Amund had always been the polite one of the two.
