Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

(Zephyr hesitates for a moment at the entrance of the tent, his eyes adjusting to the dim light. He takes a cautious step inside, his hand instinctively reaching for the hilt of his sword. The scent of damp earth and decay hangs heavy in the air, a stark contrast to the fresh, pine-scented forests he was accustomed to. He surveys the dimly lit interior, his gaze settling on the old woman at the back.)
"Greetings," Zephyr says, his voice carrying a hint of weariness from his travels. "My journey has been long and arduous, leading me through treacherous lands and across vast seas. I seek refuge from the storms that rage outside, and perhaps a moment's respite from the trials that have beset me."
(He pauses, considering his next words carefully. He is unsure how much to reveal to this stranger, but something in her eyes suggests she already knows more than he realizes.)
"I am Zephyr," he continues, "a wanderer seeking knowledge and purpose in this world. I have heard whispers of this town, a place shrouded in mystery and whispered rumors. Perhaps fate has guided me here, or perhaps it is merely chance. Regardless, I am here now, and I am eager to hear what wisdom you may impart."
(He sits on the offered cushion, his posture straight and alert. He meets the old woman's gaze with a mixture of curiosity and apprehension, wondering what secrets she holds and what role she may play in his destiny.)
