    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using knowledge your character wouldnt know in the game. (to your advantage). For example if you are in a dangerous situation and you call up your friend to come help you.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Unfairly playing the game, by not giving the other player a choice in where the role-play goes, by dictating it to them. Saying: A ate the soup, and chocked! rather than: B offers you some hot soup with the intention of choking you. Or having powers that are impossible or superhuman, or skills they couldnt have obtained (making your character godlike)

Overwhelmed he takes a moment to get his bearings. He stops looks up at the well dressed gentleman and says "Hello, I'm just looking around, do you need anything?" he mumbles skeptically.  He is confused as to why someone would just approach him this way, he's here because he wants to learn about everything including this bustling city, but why is it his business? He steps to the side "Can I get through please" he says impatiently.
