Bob walks down the gangplank onto the docks of the city happy to be on solid land again. Breathing in breath of fresh air, he remembers being forced to stay under deck the entire trip so as to stay out of the way of the sailors. Looking across the Docks he sees throngs of people milling about the market, or as one of the sailors had told him it was called the “bazaar”. His vision slowly rose to scan the massive fortifications in front of him. Hmmm strange he ponders. “I Wonder what they are afraid of, apparently nothing now i guess.” As he continued to study the architecture and design of the city making mental notes on what he saw a figure enters his view blocking out what he was looking at. “Welcome” The man says with a big smile. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?” the man continues. What a strange question Bob thinks to himself and he ponders a response to the mans questions. “Not sure” bob finally responds “Adventure never really caught my eye. But you never know these days. Uninvited guests may force you to take an unplanned trip to an unknown destination. Wealth depends on what kind physical wealth? Spiritual wealth? Wealth of knowledge? I hope to find all three. And grand aspirations to elevate myself myself in society? Perhaps, but much rather i would like to be remembered, not just to have my life painted onto the walls of some dusty cave after I pass. But rather i want to build, create, or do something that people will look at thousand years from now and remember my name by it” He nods respectfully and with a cheerful smile he turns begins to walk away...
