Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Callie readjusts their standing position as they saunter over to the cushion and sits down. "Well, my story isn't that interesting," they say as they let out a short sigh. They rub the side of head and began to speak, "I grew up in the empire but due to racial issues I decided to make my way to Beleth. It doesn't really help that I look a lot different than most folks even around other humans." They put their head in their hands for a moment before speaking again, "I just really want somewhere to belong that doesn't feel so not homely. Their isn't much more or any less."
