    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is when a player uses their knowledge from a source in Ropleplay that their character would not be able or is supposed to know and exploiting the information to benefit themselves and their character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is when a player decides to act out their character as if they were able to perform actions that they normally wouldn't be able to do that is unfair for other players.

He does this while the gentleman speaks before him. He takes a few steps forward beside the man and Eric places his left hand upon the gentleman’s right shoulder. He doesn’t even make eye contact with the man and speaks calmly into his ear. “Perhaps you can say all three. Now, are you going to leave me alone?
