A gust of wind carried your way to this oddity of a person. Every meticulous act of narcissistic self-absorption carried out by this woman was one of complete disarray. Her stature was low, offering little room for her exhausting personality, although, she took that room and made the absolute most of it. Every fine feature of this girl's body was that of practiced and thorough care. Her skin was smooth as butter, a finger gliding over it. It was evident upon her body that she hadn't experienced much life out of the city, and that anything further from the gates would be a distaste to her.
Despite her formal appearance, the young woman was raised in poverty, living in the slums of Viru. Her father was a traveler, missing and presumed dead after he had journeyed just a hare too far from their local village. Her mother, her confidence and hardman ship allowing for Vorinata to be raised properly.. However proper a single parent child could be raised, at least. Vorinata's mother eventually accrued a sum of money through.. possibly shady methods, allowing a more fortunate future for the young girl.
When the Korinva turned 20, she decided to venture out. Something quite odd for the woman. But - it was not without reason, Vorinata was seeking closure. Her father was never really a figure in her life, and she wanted that to change, or at least to know what had happened to him. So, she packed a bag, said her farewells, and left for the wilds.
The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
A long moment was taken before the woman moved to sit, her garnish being adjusted as she did so. Two hands would be placed in her own lap, idly taping away at her thigh. Another moment before the young woman allowed herself to speak to her opposite.
"The winds have.. taken me a far way from home, ma'am. I do not wish to disclose where I am from, I hope you understand that I do not want shadows of the past following me."
Another pause, a moment to ease the air.
"I have come a long way to speak with you, and I hope you have some answers for me."
The woman's expression changed, a noticeable drift downwards in her features. This wasn't going to be a pleasant time. . .
