Castor is one of a forgotten splinter group of dark elves, lost between the cracks of society. This faction, often regarded as myth or legend, dwells in the outskirts of civilisation, to the most westerly part of Atlas beyond Kaz'Ulrah. This tribe have never needed a name for themselves, but are known by outsiders as many names; The Forgotten, The Boogiemen, The Lost. These people live in the shifting, ominous mountains and caves. Their skin is a dark shade with black and blue tribalistic tattoos lacing their bodies. The tribe also remove the points of their ears at an early age, in contempt of their own kind. They possess no innate magical abilities as such but witnesses describe them as being synonymous with shadow, as their body modifications serve the dual purpose of expressing their identity and deceiving their opponent on their true nature and shaping. They are natural predators and assassins, but are not suited to sunny climates like deserts. Castor left the tribe when he became an an adult in his home culture, at the age of fifty. He wished to make his own way in the world, and forge a legacy for himself. However, he has seen the ugliness of the world in the years since, and now takes mercenary work. Castor currently resides in the kingdom of Renatus, roaming the lands and making a living. Castor lives by his people's moral code, which is harsh but honourable. They help the outsiders, and those hurt by society, but have no respect for any form of authority or government.
