    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you use knowledge and info that you as a person knows and apply it to your character. Usually its pretty obvious, like knowing the exact combination of a lock for no reason or being able to conveniently avoid ambushes. For MC, it's probably more like using nametags to try and discover people or using side chats to get details on where people are.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is simple: It's basically doing unfair actions that don't let people reply in a fair way. Stuff like one-shotting or writing for other people's characters are good examples of powergaming.
