Octavia looked around the bustling city, blinking in slight shock when she realized there was a man speaking to her. She smiled sheepishly and spoke quietly, hoping she wasn't speaking too loud. "I apologize sir, I can't hear you. I lost my hearing when I was young. Hear, take this." She pulled out a notebook and pen from her bag that she kept for instances like this. "If you write down what you're trying to say to me, I'll be able to respond to you."
