Vixxle is an orphaned goblin who grew up on the streets facing much adversity and much hostility because of his race.  Vixxle spent his youth hoping from city to city in The Kingdom of Haense, picking up new knowledge and skills along the way. Vixxle worked on trading and selling small items he got his hands on. Eventually Vixxle through various scams and sales managed to buy himself some presentable clothes and now  has set his sights on opening a small shop or tavern to earn more money and influence. Shortly after buying his new clothes Vixxle came across a wood elf named Shaye Vixxle sold Shaye an overpriced hair pin he claimed would bring her good fortune. Shaye was so genuine and pleasant however Vixxle felt bad for scamming her and eventually they began traveling together Vixxle would sell the small Knick knacks Shaye would make while they travelled. (I personally know the person applying as Shaye and we have aggreged on this backstory)

Character Age: 22
Physical Description: Short (goblin height) average weight and build nothing terribly strong nor particularly weak. hooded goblin clothes.
Roleplay Scenario:

Vixxle waits on the dock composing himself adjusting to the now solid ground on which he walks. He notices a man approaching him and he begins to adjust his clothes and hair to insure he looks presentable before eagerly shaking the mans hand and introducing himself as "Vixxle goblin merchant extraordinaire". The man asks his question to which Vixxle responds "All of the above my man." Vixxle then strides off confidently stopping at merchant stalls looking for any deals that could make him a quick profit.

To answer your question about the rules, this would in theory only include accidental deaths if your character was aware they were going to die because of the action they were going to take. General rule of thumb is that if the death is your character's own fault, and they knew they had a significant chance of dying to their actions, this would be considered a permanent death.
