During a raid on the Orenisn Vassal of Ebonwood, in their capital of Ilandria, Jarl Sigurd Ingolf of the Ulveflokk clan ((HIGH_FIRE)) stopped an elf by the name of Luthriel. She gave over the human baby she was carrying to the the man, out of fear, or maybe hope that the child would not be injured. The child, unknowingly witnessed his home being burned down as the great tree had a lantern thrown at it by the man who had taken him.  The man would then take the child back to the clan's camp and raise him as his own child, Sigurd would teach him everything he knew, introducing him to various figures of the Orcish community, being that the camp was situated there. From an early age he would have met the Rex of the Orcs, Ar-Borok who would have practiced shamanism in front of the child, giving the child a fascination for the art, the magic being the only thing he was interested in asides from fighting. 

From the age of 13 he would begin to join the clan on their various raids and begin to experience the bloodlust that the rest of the clan would frequently experience, even join his adoptive father in sacrificing captives to the clans various gods after these raids. As Eivor would grow as a fighter and man, Sigurd would trust him more and more, even entrusting him with the grand plan that he and the Rex had formulated for the clan. Knowing this Eivor would then begin to train relentlessly, knowing that this plan succeeding would be his goal for the next few years.
