    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is a term used, which describes real-life knowledge being used in game to determine the character's actions, when the character has no knowledge of said circumstance.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is a style of interacting with games with the aim of maximising progress towards something while excluding other things like storytelling, atmosphere camaraderie.

Bronwenes Lancester was born into a non privalaged seed on the outskirts of location---, with her father (Gaerdir Lancester) being a devoted follower of Aspectism and her mother (Mistil Lancester) not really leaning into the same ways of her Husband, because she had bad experiences with the other followers of Aspectism in their seed. As Bronwenes grew the tension between her mother and their seed grew too, to an extent of the father leaving her and Bronwenes. They were both banished from their seed; Bronwenes  and her mother try to find there end meets by salvaging what is left on the forest floor. Bronwenes’s mother feels betrayed by her seed, Aspectism, wood elves, and slowly losing her sanity. On one night Bronwenes woke up to not her mother but to hear what sounds like the sound of screaming, Bronwenes stood up from the forest floor to turn the corner of the tree she slept by to find her mother end her own life.

Physical Description: Hour-glass figure, blonde hair, blue eyes and slim body.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Ø  Your metagaming and powergaming definitions are correct in essence, however they are very vague and lacking in detail. Please add more to these (Maybe examples too), and refer to our LOTC Metagaming & Powergaming wiki pages for the most correct and relevant info (Just keep in mind not to plagiarize)
