    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when while roleplaying and in character someone uses knowledge of something that they should have. Such as if you know the name of a person or if you know who the person is, but your character hasn't met them or heard of them then they should have the name.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming is trying to force another player to have something happen to their character. When interacting with another character and having a altercation or fight if you try to force something to happen like them dying or forcing something upon them without them have any say in it.
