Bartomir was born into a poor woodland home north of Haense. He was the only surviving child. His mother got sick and died when he was very young and his father therefore took a mean hold to the drink. Despite an abusive relationship with his father, Bartomir learned much of his hunting skills from him. When he was only a young man, he got drafted into The Royal Hansetic Army. There he met his first real friends. After many years in the service, all of his friends got killed by an ambush during the Sutican War of which he himself got mortally wounded. He eventually recovered physically, but never recovered mentally from the death of his comrades. He then left the army and returned home only to be greeted by the remains of his dead father. He is since then a trapper making a living by selling hand crafted furs and pelt garments.
"I am in search of money!" Shouts Bartomir at the mans face and walks annoyed away.
"Darn city folk!" He mumbles to himself.
"Alright then, now where to set up my stall..." He says to himself.
"Oh right i lost my wagon and all my belongings to that goblin stickup, but of course!"
"Now I have to start all over again!
