    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: powergaming is playing the game just to win and complete all of the objectives while disrupting key elements such as storytelling. example: in a fight powergaming can be someone insta-killing without allowing defense

Milesi found growing up in Helena quite difficult. he was very close with his family from a young age with his older brother centuri always taking him around the city. one day, when Milesi was about 16 years of age, they returned home only to find their family bleeding on the ground with multiple stab wounds. milesi and centuri fled the city. together they helped each other learn to fight and survive outside the boundaries of city walls. only a week after Milesi turned 18 centuri had gone missing during the night leaving only a note saying “I’m sorry i must leave you at this time but i am needed elsewhere and i think you'll do just fine on your own. -centuri’’  he wasn't ready to be alone in the world. for 5 years Milesi lived as a thief, after moving into Reza, as he found it exceptionally easy to steal. after a few problems with the law he decided he would leave the city of reza and begin to pack light and always stay mobile.

Physical Description: wearing a dark robe with a hood that hides his greasy hair, he carries many small weapons, something looks quite off.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
