    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta gaming is using information that your character does not know as an example if your character isn't in an city at time of an attack he cannot suddenly March an army to that city with the knowledge of the attack
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming its using an emote your caracter can't realisitcly use as an example "Jacques killed his enemy with one slice"

  • I recommend re-reading the definitions of Meta-gaming and Power-gaming. Both of your definitions are vague so, a good way to prove you know the definitions of these two would be through using examples.
  • Your Character Biography is lacking with regards to relevant information from LotC- France and Christianity do not necessarily exist within Arcas. Though If you wish to base your character in such, re-reading the LotC wiki might help you find settlements with the culture of France and religions based around Christianity.  
  • Your Character Biography does not appear to have the mandatory (2) lore pieces that are also relevant to the Arcas lore.
  • Your Character’s Physical Description seems to be incomplete sentences so, I would advise you to look over that and clarify it.
  • Your Character Traits/Quirks appear as though it has a good start, however, I would encourage you to include one more significant negative trait.
  • Your Roleplay Scenario response looks good, though It would need to include an emote/action as well.
