    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is creating an action your character wouldn't, realistically, be able to do, thus leading to a lack of fairness towards other players

Ruthell Edarin was born in 1662, in Atlas. His parents died when he was 3, and was put under the care of his uncle, Orvin Edarin, who lived in the eastern part of Atlas. By the age of 13, he’s read over 100 books about magic, which he’s deeply amazed by. When he was 19, he tried to save his uncle, who was very sick, by saving his life, using some Azure Bluets. Unfortunately, his beloved Uncle Orvin died a few days after that attempt, resulting of a traumatic sadness onto his nephew. He then decided to move to Nordengrad, in the kingdom of Norland, in 1683, back when he was 21, but soon had to move out and wander the lands due to it being made capital and attracting more and more people over time. At the age of 23, he went on an adventure with 4 friends. It was a beautiful journey through the lands of Atlas until a group of Flesh Worms attacked them. 3 of them died in this tragic event. Ruthell’s friend, Marwy Onidius, decided to leave him to have a peaceful life that wouldn’t, in complete opposite to what he’d just lived, full of unexpected dangers. Ruthell was devastated, and decided to go on adventures alone, so that if there’s an attack from any hostile creature, he would be the only one to die... And now, here we are, 4 years after that, without a single adventure lived since then, though fully decided, where Ruthell is awaiting to go on an adventure of his own...

Physical Description: Ruthell Edarin is brown-haired, has a fair complexion, and wears dark red robes, along with a hood of the same colour. He also has dark blue eyes.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Ø  Ruriksgrad was destroyed in 1662 after it was besieged and sacked during the Atlas Coalition War. Nordengrad is now the home of the former Kingdom of Norland, and has been since 1675. Please change this.
