In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: using knowledge that you collected OOC to use in character such as messages about attacks so you could run straight to the attack location without actually being informed about what is going on in character.
    basically using outside knowledge inside
In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: not allowing someone else to emote as a response to your emotes, such as stabbing someone fatally by saying " x stabs y straight at the heart" instead of "x attempts to stab y in the chest"
    Status: Accepted

Calvin, son of Brennus Iomharach and a strange farfolk woman, was born, in the kingdom of Oren, with an interest into the workings of things and the unknown. As a young boy he played with tools instead of toys, weapons instead of sticks, armor instead of clothes. All for his interest of the workings of all that is created by man. Early on around the age of 8 Calvin was asked if he truly wanted to keep learning, so as his first venture he became a blacksmiths apprentice, This became his passion for many years to come.

Making swords, armor, trinkets and new inventions, all to work towards perfecting his craft. This was his true desire but hard work required a lot of learning and this continued for the following years. Besides learning the intricate workings of being a blacksmith, Calvin also learned the basics of simple tailoring and woodworking, but these weren't as hard as metalworking so he easily gave up on learning more than the basics of these skills. Calvin was happy with his metalworking but felt as if something wasn't right, something was missing. This aching need for the discovering of new creations and their inner workings needed more to sustain it.

Now Calvin is contemplating exploring other locations besides his simple blacksmith and the nearby environment to find more exciting discoveries and inner workings of creations made by man or other.
