1. Your power-gaming description is not correct, it's similar to power-emoting.

2. The race Halfling does not mean a person who is mixed of two or more races, they are a different and entirely separate race. They're like Hobbits. If you want to be mixed with another race just simply put 'Elf' for your character race, that should do perfectly fine.
