    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming, in terms of roleplay, is where the character has unrealistic powers, especially with regards to character race. An example of this would be the character being able to disarm lots of people attempting to attack them in the blink of an eye.

Born in Fenn, Celaena is a silver smith that has inherited her shop from her parents. While she works with anything from quill tips to armor, she prefers to work with jewlery. She puts her greatest effort into the metal that goes into the snow elf clothing, especially for those of the families controlling the Princedom. While she does not have many requests from the four families, she saves one clothing set to show the intricacy that she can put into the clothing. While not being of the most eccentric of elves, she keeps to herself and spends most of her time practicing her trade. Unlike her family, she prefers to spend what spare time she allows herself working to read the texts of Wyrvun. Because of very little literature surrounding fantastical ideals, she has an extensive knowledge of Wyrvun and the origin story of her people. Despite her extensive reading (Comparative to the majority of her race), she has a basic education with the majority of it being in historical texts and in her trade.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
