You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Basso sits down on the cushion making himself comfortable. He begins to tell the old hag, saving his questions for her later, and begins telling his story. "My name is Basso Greenhand. I am a Halfling that came from the village of Bywater, I grew up with my mother and father, Estella Greenhand and Bert Greenhand. My parents didn't really know how to cook so I mainly cooked the meals for our family as my parents nurtured my skill. On my birthday when I turned 17 I decided to teach my parents to cook so that they can take better care of themselves and so that I may venture out into the world knowing they will be okay. At the age of 22 I had finally taught my parents how to cook as many meals as they needed. Now that I knew they were ready I set out into the world, going from village to village, kingdom to kingdom, resting there, having a temporary job and moving to the next one. Eventually after many years I found my way wandering into this er... *he scrunches his face up slightly, trying to find a way to compliment this village* nice and quaint little village! Well, now that I've told you my story, how do you know who I am?" the old hag replies saying...
