    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: when someone performs an action they learnt ooc
    someone using some knowledge that there character hasnt technicaly learnt in character
    Ex - Jeff suddenly knows orcish and barters with the orcs, beside never learning orcish
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: when someone performs something in RP thats just not possible
    ex - he rolplays himself floating into the air and then disentegrates his enemys
