    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Doing something that another person can't defend from. for example a player slices off someones arm.

   ever since Niwatori was a small child he was interested in exploring the world and seeing the most interesting sights. So at the age of 20 he was aloud to leave his home next to the high elves but he could not afford to venture far so he went to set up his own shop. But he ventured farther and farther to explore the world to find the perfect spot for a new shop. If Niwatori gets in to a fight he will be able to protect him self and any other people around him. he is only able to do that because he is a good thief and can sneak up on people to take them out. but one day he yearned to learn to be stronger so he set out to find a teacher or another way to get stronger. it might take him days, weeks or maybe years. so he set of on a adveture to gain strength.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
