    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when someone shares mindset with they're character. Example, if the person playing a character was told something, the character should not know. A character can only know something that has been shown/told to them. If anything is told to the player and not the character, the character doesn't know untill someone tells them directly.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is trying to do be overpowering. Example, if the character says they do something instead of trying to do something, it leaves the other character with no choice. It takes control and options away from the opposing character.

She looked bewildered around the mass of people and interesting shops. She felt slightly overwhelmed, being in a big city. She was lost in thought as the gentleman approached her, saying ''Welcome!'' He smiled.  ''What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?'' She switched her attention to the well-dressed man. ''Ah, excuse me, I was lost in thought for a moment.'' I shook his hand. ''I'm here to see what the cities have to offer, and of course, adventure.'' I chuckled. ''What brings you here, sir?'' I continued the nice conversation, feeling welcome already.
