    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: i suppose i define metagaming as breaking character using real life information to break the immersion. as you gave in the examples, the people did something that wouldnt normally happen unless they were told to do that by another source. this cheating ruins the immersion for other players and makes it unfair to players who dont have connections or references on the server.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: this is simple, just making yourself Overpowered when its highly unrealistic. no one can instakill another player (or atleast im assuming) furthermore, you cannot make yourself a godly miner, or fighter, or rich, just because you feel like it.
