Ortheri was born into a peaceful Tahorran tribe. Even from the beginning, Ortheri was a bit of a wild child. From the early age of six, the young wood elf would venture out into the nearby forests in search of adventure. Despite her greatest attempts, Ortheri was raised with the Tahorran tribe, an isolated tribe that doesn’t interact with outsiders. Ortheri was always a bit gifted with a bow, after all, she’d grown up hunting, boating, and spearfishing on the rivers. However, the girl was always a bit more talented with a bow than in the water. Ortheri knew very little about the outside world, for she was kept inside the small quiet tribe despite her best attempts to learn more about the outer world. The girl knew a lot about the wood elf religion, specifically Nemglan, the Eagle spirit who would be her main figure of worship. Ortheri could not contain her excitement at the chance to go travel to Siramenor. Her cousin, Laetranis is living there with a lot of other wood elves and she is ecstatic about this new opportunity.
Ortheri stepped off the wooden boat and felt her soft soled shoes touch the port. Every part of her was beyond excited to see the city. There were so many people to meet, foods to smell, and buildings to see. Out of the corner of her eye, Ortheri spotted a well-dressed gentleman walking towards her. She didn’t have to force a smile on her face, it was already there! This man had a big smile and Ortheri liked him instantly. “Welcome!” He said. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
Ortheri nodded her head in thanks to the welcoming man. “I’ve come to this city to find the energy! Sure, wealth is nice and all, but doesn’t every living thing need at least a little bit adventure? We could all do well to live a little!” Ortheri said happily, her voice buzzing with excitement. It was time for this adventure to begin.
