Zyktrix Quivalur- not the most common name for an high elf. But she isn't the most common high elf either.  Being born during a solar eclipse twilight her still druid family always treated her as an outsider, saying her birth was ill-omen-ed. She grew up on the bare essentials, having her family not wanting be the sponsor of a villainess. No matter, it only made her stronger, made her independent of everything and everyone. She kept quiet ‘till her adulthood finally came, and she was free of her family. Being free she no longer suppressed her true colors and downed black dresses and a veil, clothes mocking the death of her weaker years. Her time is mostly spent in the Eternal Library, researching ancient tomes of magic, awaiting an era of slow progress for her to lead as a great Maehr'sae.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Your powergaming definition could use some refining, please feel free to reference our wiki page on power emoting, and maybe consider using an exxample.

The weakness to UV light would not exist irp, and I don't know quite what you mean by she can quell her bloodloost, but that would be best to remove as well.

I am not quite sure what you mean by 'bones sharp enough to cut cheese' but I do advise changing it, the description is meant to be a brief physical description.

She is allowed to research the magic, that is fine, just note that she can not actually practice it until the necessary rp and applications happen on the server.
