    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the idea of recieivng information that wouldnt have been known using resources outside of the game/characters life. An example of this would be if I went to a friend from a different faction and asked about who they are planning to ally wit
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is the idea of giving yourself abilities and doing tasks that normally that person or character could not do. For example if I were to say that I lit someone on fire and burned them to ash in an instant. This would be considered as powergaming

Your Metagaming definition and Powergaming definition are not quite correct. Please see our Metagaming WIki and Powergaming Wiki to get the definition and write it in your own words. Add examples

I would suggest reading up on Atlas to help get lore pertaining to your age and race.

While its fine to have an interest in magic, your character cannot have any knowledge or practice any magic without first finding a teacher in game and getting an accepted MA.
