Endellion excitedly secured her bags as she gazed at the skyline of the city. She had finally made it! She was back to actual civilization, and could start her new life as an independent adult, even if she was a bit young for an elf. After making sure she could prevent pickpockets from taking her items (mostly clothes, some tools, and some food), she made her way down the dock and through the fish market to the rest of a bazaar. It was amazing smelling various spices and incenses from around the world after so long at sea and then walking through the smells of dead fish.
Endellion slowed and halted as a man addressed her, appearing as though he was at least of some importance by the way he dressed. “Karin’ayla, sir. Who would you be? I’m actually here for a sort of mix of those things. I’m going to be starting my own life and I hope to be successful in at least three areas. Are you merely being friendly, or are you perhaps interested in being one of my first connections to something useful here? In my experience people only get your attention when they need something. Since I don’t have any solid plans at the moment, I wouldn’t mind lending a hand if there’s coin in it.”
