Crowquill was born or raised into an odd family on Arcas (Too many A named maps). She and her family live in the ‘new Oren’, remembering times far into the past when it was a huge thriving empire of humans. She was named after the intellectual crow combined with a quill. A smart method for writing one’s own future. He believed the name would bring her good fortune and understand later in life, despite his Canonist views and religion, he had a tendency to believe in luck and other nonsense from prior to his conversion to Canonism. Her mother was a soldier and a canonist, whom was considerably tough and cement in her views and ideals, making her the strict one of the household, whilst the father was more lenient to extent, but strange in interaction, being rather awkward in most scenarios leading to humorous results. Crowquil had two other siblings, whom of which were older than her.

 

Once she reached age sixteen, she left to find a use for herself in the world and find something that she liked, for in all her sixteen years, that which she liked turned into that which she very much disliked.

She hoped to find a job, skill, or people she could enjoy, wishing to live life to it's fullest potential. She believes that if she can make use of this potential in her she came obtain anything she'd ever want... All she needs is self-motivation to go out and get what she wants. She’s the writer of her own destiny, wielding the quill.

Crowquill was never quite all that interested in Canonism, she had gone through all the motions but it meant little to her, as she was interested in other things. Mainly finding what she enjoyed in life. What made her happy and what made it worth living.

Character Gender: Female
Character Age: 18
Physical Description: Fair skin, black hair, navy blue-green eyes. Maintains good eating habits and exercise. Height is around 5'5", weight is 120-140lbs.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

  • Your powergaming definition, while not wrong, needs a bit of an addition. I suggest looking up power emoting.
  • I’d suggest a little work on your biography. You have included two very vague references to lore; the name of the world once, and a religion.
    • Remember. Atlas was the previous map. We are on Arcas now- So while the character will have been born there, she would not be there now.
    • I suggest elaborating on the lore side of things a little more. Where does she live now? Where did her family go in the transition between Atlas and Arcas?
  • For an elf, 18 is very young, and the character will culturarly be defined as a child. While fine, you should be aware of this.
  • Please elaborate on your character description.
    • Height, build, expand it a little as opposed to just making a list.
    • Purple hair is not natural, so be aware that if you must have it, it will have been dyed.
  • Your interesting facts seem all negative. Instead, look up some trait lists and pick out a positive and a neutral to go alongside a negative.

All I'll add is that power emoting can be anything. 

 

Make every action against someone else an attempt, and consider using the /roll command to further make sure everything is fair.
