Arión Mendez is a very young explorer from the Federation of Sutica, as well as a descendant of a hispanic family. He's known to have an extravagant personality, to value his privacy all over the rest of things and to talk way too much at the point to be honest, even when describing the ugliness of the actual society - which has led him to trouble sometimes. His innate curiosity made him be keen on exploring the outside of the isolated isle he lived him, and thus, with his own money he managed to get helping her mother with her sewing business. Now he wanders all over the globe in search of knowledge, but always aware of the dangers of the outside.
