    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Getting help / info for their roleplay character from outside of the game.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Creating their roleplay character pretty much perfect without any kinds of flaws.

"Can you show me the way to a bar with reasonable prices, or to someone, that needs some workforce on their field?" I continued. 

The man had to think for a while before telling me to follow him. He killed two birds with one stone. I was shown the way to a bar, and the owner was looking for a bartender. A few years later I left the town and continued my travels.

Physical Description: His height is 3'1 feet. His weight is 76 lbs. Otho is quite a strong man, and those muscles are from hard work at farmlands.

There was a little thing I wanted to bring up about your powergaming description, there is a little more too it than that though i'm not going to fault you for that alone, to find the description:

Make sure before you hop on the server, you change your skin to the one on your application! You currently have a dwarf!
