I was born to two workers in a far-off state with a king who ruled with an iron fist there was little free will and everyone simply did as they were told but no one seemed to care. We didn't get to decide what education or job we would get I was chosen to be an enforcer a person who will make sure nothing that would halt the progress of our state. I was taken from my family I was taught to suppress my emotions and to never feel and it worked for a time. But once I was out on the field I formed a bond with my other soldiers we were like brothers. We may not have felt for the people we killed but we felt for each other we didn't fight for our nation we fought for the person fighting right next to you. There were many things I did that I wasn't proud of but I didn't feel bad for them either many called me a monster but I was just doing what I was told. after a year or so on the force, I was sent to a place called the free state of sutica. While we were never at war or considering it I was sent to gather information about the everyday citizens I believe my state was threatened by a place where people had such free will. I never stayed long I was told to move to a nearby state called the princedom of Fenn and I gathered information there I then returned to my home. When I arrived I assumed my old position fighting alongside my brothers then one day we had been given a task to kill one of our own he had gone rouge and I was sent to kill him I tracked him like the dog I was and did what my master ordered. But I regret that to this day and so as soon as I got back I planned my escape I needed to be free so in the dead of night, I ran and luckily I ran far enough where my brothers wouldn't track me and hunt me as I did to him.
He looks at the man with a look of distrust “Freedom I seek to be free not to be held down by gods or nobles. I wish to live a life that I get to decide what to do and not to be forced to do something I hate to do what I want when I want.” I take a bag of coins from my homeland and throw them in the ocean “I seek no money power or adventure those are sought by people who already have freedom I only seek freedom its self. I don't want to worry about being killed or shunned for being free so is this the place I am after or should I get back on that boat.” I sit down on the ground awaiting an answer.
