You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Ahh, expecting me? What do you mean by that, ma'am?" He'd say as he hesitantly made his way over to her, before taking a seat on the cushion. "Well my name is Malakai Vacare, I am a scholar within the Vacare family, as well as a younger brother to both Sulrayne and Ozymandias Vacare. My purpose as Scholar is to travel the lands and gather knowledge of all types to add to the Vacares Library. Though I admit the knowledge is also for myself, as I just generally like knowing as much as I can. Now that I've done my share of introduction, I believe it's now your turn, ma'am." He'd say, narrowing his eyes slightly at the hag.
