    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is using OOC information while IC, like knowing about some interpersonal relationship between characters and using it in rp despite your character not having any reason to know it.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is effectively taking control of an rp. Like going into a combat scenario and deciding who wins and loses all on your own without any input from other parties.
