    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using outside information to help you irp. Like if you learn ooc, from someone telling you in dms, or being in a vc and it getting brought up that someone is planning an ambush on you and you deliberately show up fully armed or with multiple guards even though you would have no clue about it irp.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is forcing actions to happen that necessarily shouldn't happen ie. Dodging every attack thrown at you or not giving them a choice as to how they respond to an rp. Powergaming: *throws a punch knocking the other person to the ground* Not powergaming: *swings their fist back and goes for a punch aiming to knock them down.*

Alda took a moment to take in the gentleman's appearance before she dipped her head and softly smiled up at him. "I suppose I came here hoping for work, nothing to crazy but something to pay my bills and get me a place." she softly hummed, taking a look around at the bazaar and the wares different venders were selling. The sounds and smells reminded her of back home which caused a sinking feeling in her chest. "But for now I want to look around and get acquainted with this place... see if it is truly the right fit for me or if I must continue my travels." With that she gave the gentleman a final nod before excusing herself, disappearing into the crowds.
