    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When a person in-game knows something but he/she really shouldn't yet or never. For example, a person is walking in the forest and the someone else is trying to ambush the person. However, the person walking suddenly ran away because he knew someone was going to ambush him, however this person never heard of anyone ambushing him and shall not know that someone is trying to ambush him.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When a person in-game claims that his/her actions against the other was successful without giving 'the other' the choice. For example, -he'd land a punch into the girl, knocking her out right away-

Vans was born as a youngest (out of 5) of his parent's children.

Vans grew up normally, being loved by his parents and his brothers and sisters. 

Vans after passing the age of 12, he started to train with swords, just like his siblings.

After passing 14, Vans was being insulted by other elves, making fun of his short ears. Due to that, Vans started to wear earrings to cover his short ears. Telling them that he intentionally shortened his ears to put a matching earring that he thought was pretty for humans.

Vans after those training and troubles, reached the age of 18, still training with his swords and someday wishes to seek new people outside The Crown Of Elvenessse.

Physical Description: Ash Blonde, Butler suit, green eyes, fit, 7ft tall, 100kg, small ears compared to other elves. Wears earrings. Carries 2 straight swords.
Roleplay Scenario:

First thing first! Nice cloths! Ahahahah, sorry sorry, I was just too excited to see new people or.. humans. I came to seek for adventure and someday be hired as a knight or a guard. Man, they do really seem.. good in their armors. Anyways anyways, I'm busy now, I shall go seek for a tavern. Thank you for the warm welcome friend!
