Arka'ga grew amongst the Uruks, the great warriors of the world, born with a mighty physique and a considerable mind. Arka'ga was far from unique; neither his body nor intellect strayed from the average. It was, however, his survival that brought him his title 'the Grey'.

 

For a hundred years, he lived, against the odds set against his people. Where war stole the lives of his brothers, sisters, wives and sons, he carried on.

 

Yet this, ultimately, is his greatest downfall; battle has not taken him, for he has not sought it. For this, his people ridicule and demean him for his lack of courage and refusal to die in the Spirits' name.

 

So now, he must carry on; as his grandsons march to war and his people fall around him, he is forced to watch, his prestige dwindling. Perhaps he can die in battle, and find peace with the Spirits... or he may wallow in his shame until disease or age carries him across the winds.

Physical Description: An orc of a venerable age, truly an elder for his people. His beard was long and grey, and his eyes were weary.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
