Being from the mountainous region, dwarves are adapted to be in harsh regions. They tend to live in caves or tunnels. This is where they hold their belongings and use as trading posts. Considering that for the Mountain Dwarves, they spend a lot of their time in areas were there are blizzards and other harsh weather. They are one of the smaller creatures, averaging heights of 3.5 to 5 feet tall. Despite their vertical challenges, they are bigger the gnomes. They like to work with their hands and are not afraid of hard work. They like to work with fine materials and make high quality items. They are kind and heartfelt beings, unless they are threatened. They will defend themselves and others around them with their fierce strength. The strength they have is un-matched and can be drawn on when needed. They are usually under estimated by people who think they have found an easy score.
As for my dwarf, his mother died during child birth, and his father was killed during a mining accident when he was still a child. Naivanidnacs was left to fend for himself because of this. He learned from other dwarves that lived in the same caves and tunnels that he was from. He learned about his culture and who his family was while sitting around listening to stories that were told. This is where his interest in music and other fine arts came from. Learning that music is a big part of his culture he has decided that he is going to learn as much as he can about music and his culture. Naivanidnacs also wants to be king some day. Considering that there have been a few Mountain Dwarves that have been king prior, there is always a chance that he could become one in the future.
