Born in the harsh conditions of the North, Asuh lived in a small hunting village in Norland Territory, and never really had a close friend. All young children were to be taught archery and other basic survival skills at quite a young age, what was emphasized was the building of a fire, dying of hypothermia or a viral infection from uncooked meat was definitely something that people weren't a fan of. Hand-on experience was also commonplace, and during one of these hand-on activities, Asuh got into a small hunting incident, where she was attacked by an Arctic wolf, where her right hand was bitten (not off, but enough to make it ruin the bone growth of the hand.) which has forced her to become a dominant left hand. She's been competitive her whole life, with a rivalry always prominent in her life. At 8, she had a rivalry with another young and skilled archer, who she beat (barely) in a young archery competition, and though she came out on top, she felt it very close, and still counts it as one of her main short comings and reasons to strive to be better. From a young age, she was taught to believe in The Red Faith, and though not a devout follower, she does consider herself a member of the religion. Upon the reaching the age of 14, she decided to branch herself out, and leave her small village, for greater things. She has been travellling ever since, and recently joined the Scourge of The South, a pirate organization with Micah Chaseton at its heart.
Before addressing the man, Asuh's eyes flitter around the bazaar, staring upon the people, the shops and the stalls, before finally fixating her eyes upon the well-dressed fellow. "That's a good question." She thinks upon whether or not to answer the man truthfully. Deciding he means no harm, she ponders upon what her answer would be, before finally deciding after an extended period of time, "Suppose I am simply a traveller looking to make some money. " She grins at the man, before heading through the bazaar.
