    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is using out of character knowledge to benefit yourself in roleplay.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when in roleplay, you make yourself invincible or something of sorts. For example, Billy could get into a fight with another player, and get stabbed in the chest two times, and continue to fight as if he wasn't wounded.

Henrik Drache was born around 23 years of age ago. His mother, died during childbirth, left Henrik all alone. Henrik's father  then raised Henrik from the age of 1 day to 22 years old, when Henrik finally set out to make a life of his own. Henrik's father, knowing how tough life can be, due to his wife dying in childbirth and own past experiences, taught Henrik to be ruthless and ambitious, but to also have a heart deep down. However, Henrik is arrogant, but he is willing to put aside his arrogance for the sake of improvement. Henrik's father taught Henrik what he knows about combat, even though it might not be much, Henrik is eager to learn more. Henrik believes that knowledge is power. At the age of 22, Henrik's father died from an illness. Henrik and his father used to believe in the Red Faith religion, but after Henrik praying for his father to be spared, but  his father still dying, Henrik has decided that he doesn't believe in any religion. After the death of his father, Henrik has set out on his way to Courland, with his father's old robes, to create a story of his own. Henrik, hoping his sword skills will help him score a military career, is eager to arrive to Haesen. However, Henrik is hoping his bad aim with a bow is overlooked. Henrik gets allergies (Spring allergies) every time it's planting season (spring).

Physical Description: Henrik is described as a man with a shaved chin, 6'2, and has broad shoulders. Henrik has brown hair, and blue eyes. His skin color is white.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
