Zelva, a former royal servant in the house of King Leo de Savin of Santegia-Haria, found distain in his heartlander roots, considering those surrounding him to be ignorant of the masses and self-centred in pursuit of their ambitions. His parents left him to the royal court at birth, leaving him to grow up around other upper-class highlanders while he himself felt out of place. His lack of friends and harsh treatment in courtesy trainings and defence classes caused him to become quite distanced and heartless as he grew. Eventually, he was accepted into the court of Leo de Savin and lived as he served until he became an adult. At his first chance Zelva left the court and ventured to the wilds with naught but the clothes on his back and the food in his hand. After spending years seeking refuge in multiple places and becoming familiar with the lands Zelva returned to The Kingdom of Santegia-Haria, only to be refused entry and cast into the winds for the last time. With his distaste for the Heartlanders solidified and experience up his sleeve Zelva headed for his favourite inn in Halsworthy to start his newest adventure.
