Steinar Kormak, also known as Stein, is a Human Farfolk born in the far lands of Niveria, a small village located far east to Norland. The place is very hostile, with constant raids from bandits disturbing the peace. It’s in this environment that Steinar was raised in a hard-working family of hunters. Both of his parents were deadly hunters that used to help provide food to the village, but also secretly worked as Bounty Hunters. His father taught him everything he knew about weapon-handling and crafting, while his mother taught him her skills of combat and the deceitful tricks commonly used by thieves to fool their enemies. Steinar Kormak thought he was ought to become a simple hunter, but his parents were training and inducing him to become a lethal Bounty Hunter.

All this effort didn’t meet the main plans of Stein’s parents though, as when the boy was 17 years old the village of Niveria was invaded by an atrocious army of bandits, who stole and destroyed everything they could see. Steinar doesn’t know what happened after to the village, as he ran away to save his life and lived in the woods for almost 8 years until he finally came back, just to find no signal of any remaining civilization where once was his home.  Disappointed and confused, Stein decided to gather all the supplies he had and move to the Kingdom of Norland, where he would initiate a fresh life and forget the sins of his past.
