Huldrus has a dark backstory. His parents died in a fire lit by a figure. When he was 8, grandpapa Rodtek took care of him until he was 14 then he started training with the other dwarfs, after 3 years of training his village was attacked by orcs. He was one of the only survivors, some were kidnapped some were killed, and some escaped! Huldrus ran as fast as his tiny legs could carry him. He survived for 2 years alone in the forest, he killed, ate a lot, and soon he joined a giant village of many races. After many years there he adventured off alone he said goodbye to everyone, Huldrus traveled all the way to the ice wall and back! Now he is 28 and still adventuring alone and maybe will find friends along the way.

They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
