    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When you use your own IRL knowledge in stead of the knowledge your character would actually have. for example if my character wouldn't know if a food item was edible but my real self would because i read the lore
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Forcing an action on another player. for example walking up to someone and just saying "i attack you and cripple your legs, you are unable to move" without letting the other player get a say in it.

From when Frozira was young she have always been interested in the world and was always  out exploring the area around her house.  As a child Frozira was very active and was always running around and playing with the other children. 

when Frozira was 16 she want out to see the world. the journey was long and hard, she meet a lot of interesting people. she meet a person that was good with medicine and she wanted to learn about it, so she studyed plants and medicine for  5 moths.there was a lot of people that could use magic and after awhile she got interested in it but she could never find a place to study it. after 1 years of traveling alone she went back home but when she got there her family was gone without a trace the rest of village was still there, but they had no recalculation of her or her family, so she left and went to find a place where she could fit in. after a year of trying to find a place she got attacked by a bear outside Santegia , she ran as fast as she could but it caught  up to her,  then suddenly a  team of 5 adventures came to her rescue. After they rescued her they asked if she wanted to join the fellowship, she did because they were the first people in a long time to welcome her.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
