    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming would be using non-roleplay channels to communicate sensitive information pertaining to in-game roleplay events. Examples of this would be instead of using in-game communication (within the parameters of roleplay), using discord to alert players who are not immersed in the roleplaying world associated (talking to a player who's not logged in the server through 3rd party communication tools alerting them of in-game happenings would be an example).
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Basically forcing an action upon another player without allowing them the ability to respond within the parameters of roleplay. Pretty much defeating the purpose of roleplaying in an interaction as you're not providing a fair opportunity for the other player to engage in roleplay.
