    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: In my own words, metagaming is using the knowledge learned about the game and making actions in the game based on that knowledge.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: In my own words, powergaming is using unrealistic or god-like abilities in a game.

As Marvin Woodsman met the well-dressed gentleman, he decided to ask him of a nearby school for magic. Your application has been put on pending, as there are changes needing to be made before you may be accepted, as follows:

 

  • Your Character Biography states that your character was saved by an elven mage, and witnessed them using conjuration magic! Your character cannot have any knowledge of magic (besides it's existence) to start! Please fix this accordingly!
  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response is too short! It must be at least 4 sentences long and include at least one piece of dialogue in quotes, and one action!

 

If you do not make these changes within 24 hours, your application will be denied. When you are finished, please message me on discord @camocat9#9373 to let me know, or if you don’t have a Discord, send me a forum message, and please do ask if you have any questions.

When joining, the bot may be down that normally automatically whitelists you after the acceptance of your application. So, please go into the wandering soul channel (#ws) and ask for a Community Team Member to accept you!
