    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using IRL information for your character for an unfair advantage. An example would be suddenly knowing a lot of spells even if your character never studied magic or isn’t a sorcerer
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is abusing the roleplay using unrealistic or overpowered actions. These can be making decisions that are out of character, having OP weapons, or having god-like powers
