Valf is a weird one. His mother conceived him in a trek into the deep, frigid southern cold. The trek, however, was supposed to go on for another 10-months. It was a long one from one doomed settlement to another,  and his mother had no choice but to have her child in the middle of the cold snow, with nothing but a blanket to keep the child cold. It wasn’t an environment in which a human baby would easily survive in, yet even after a month had gone by, Valf lived. He clung to life, and at the end of the month, he was safe and sound in a new settlement. With pale blue eyes that almost approached gray, the highlander was a perfect mix of his parents. Growing steadily yet surely, the highlander, almost as if the birth had affected his mind, loved the cold. He went on his first hunt at the ripe age of 9, accompanying his father out in the wild as they hunted game. As time went by, he started hunting his own game, mimicking his father with a smaller bow. Within years, he grew into a fine young man with an eye of a hawk, hunting down his prey with startling accuracy. But as he hunted, he felt another wish rise inside him- a desire to seek larger prey, harder game, and different land.  His love for the cold wasn’t gone, but still, he wished to explore. Leaving the small settlement at age 23, Valf trekked through miles upon miles of forest to reach an unfamiliar land inhabited by different, softer people. His love for garlic and onions that he had developed in the frigid cold might make him a weirder, much smellier individual, but he seeks to find comrades for his adventures yet again. Having been born into a new peninsula that was largely uncharted, Valf grew up in the wild, constantly hunting for food. He often used Elrow berries against enemies, but refrained from using any poison on wild game, as it could be potentially dangerous. He harbors a great knowledge of the snow lands flora and fauna, having lived there for all of his life. Among these are the ability to use drilltongue vines, Elrow Berries, Athin, and frost vines to his advantage. His favorite is the drilltongue, as they have versatile uses. (I tried to add two references).
